He has designed many import substitute machines & has been rewarded time to time by the concerned authorities. He has designed India's first Brush type capsule polishing machine & more than 150 machines are there in the pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Sakhalkar is very much concerned about the environmental balance; & he started manufacturing metal furniture [Regency Interiors] to replace wooden furniture thereby reducing cutting of jungles. His great work has been appreciated by our honorable mayor Smt. Shubha Raul by giving him a certificate towards his contribution in maintaining environmental balance.

About Mr. Sakhalkar
Mr. Milind Sakhalkar, the sole proprietor of Regency Interiors & Milti Enterprises, has designed many import substitute machines & has been rewarded time to time by concerned authorities. He has designed India's first brush type capsule polishing machine and more than 150 machines are in the pharmaceutical industries. Also converted more than 50 old machines into this new concept. From that day till date, no other machine came into the Indian market without this concept.
Mr. Sakhalkar is very much concerned about the environment. He started manufacturing metal furniture [Regency Interiors] to replace wooden furniture with a view that indirectly he will help reducing cutting down of jungles. While doing these, he wrote many articles in newspapers to divert people from wooden furniture to metal furniture.
Mr. Sakhalkar's work has been appreciated by our honorable mayor Smt. Shubha Raul by giving him a certificate towards his contribution in maintaining the environmental balance.
He sends messages to public through his many interviews in newspapers & live Q & A programs on T.V.
Mr. Sakhalkar is having mastery in designing space saving furniture.
Also, he is well-known in manufacturing school furniture, laboratory furniture, etc...
Apart from residential, many pharmaceutical companies, schools, colleges, government & semi-government organizations are in the list of his satisfied customers.
He has renovated the chemical lab of Tarapore Atomic Power Station, where he supplied fume chambers, central work stations, special purpose wall mounted count station, unique storage system for hazardous chemicals, etc...
He has designed furniture for 15 rooms in N.D Studio.
Recently, he has designed a unique folding bench & desk for classrooms. A classroom having a capacity of 60 students (20 benches) can be emptied in less than 90 seconds & can be used for the purpose of Yoga classes, dance classes or cleaning.
